Before we begin to source people to work within your business we’ll want to know as much as possible about your company/department.

Starting with the basics we’ll scrutinise a Job Description and help you produce one if it’s missing or out of date.  We’ll explore the benefits to working at your business and identify everything that will make your company somewhere good people will want to join.  Alongside the Job Description we’ll produce a Person Specification that identifies the behaviours, cultural fit and personalities of those candidates most likely to fit in quickly and perform well.  This will be followed by us gaining an in-depth insight into the operational workings and cultural quirks of your company.

The more access we have to your business the better we can understand how it operates and ultimately introduce only the most suitable potential employees to you.

Our candidates are also interviewed to gain a comprehensive understanding of their level of experience, core competencies and talents.
